To lead and implement Agile transformation initiatives within the organization, ensuring the seamless integration of Agile practices across teams while maintaining compliance with all relevant labor regulations.

The Project Services & Agile Transformation Coach will focus on empowering teams with Agile methodologies, enhancing collaboration, and driving improvements in project delivery. Clear roles, responsibilities, and collaboration guidelines will be established to ensure a compliant, balanced workforce dynamic. The goal is to achieve measurable improvements in team efficiency and business outcomes, with processes that support both legal and operational integrity.

This project aims to transform software development and IT operations by adopting DevOps practices, focusing on automation, continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and improving collaboration between teams.

Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing between development and operations teams.
Maintain documentation for processes and changes.
