Project Manager/Package Manager (Pipe Bridge and Underground Pipe Network)

Position Summary:
The Project Manager/Package Manager for the Pipe Bridge and Underground Pipe Network will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of the project. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and technical expertise. The PM will oversee the full lifecycle of the project, ensuring all tasks related to the pipe bridge and underground piping systems are completed on time, within budget, and to the required safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for the construction and installation of the pipe bridge and underground piping systems.
o Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure all project designs are feasible and meet technical specifications.
o Identify project milestones and critical path items to ensure timely progress.
o Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontractor services.
o Ensure all team members and contractors are fully briefed and aligned with project objectives.
o Manage the project budget, ensuring all costs are controlled and expenditures are justified.
o Identify potential project risks related to construction, safety, and environmental impacts.
o Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks and address any unforeseen issues.
o Regularly communicate project status, updates, and any potential issues to stakeholders.

General Conditions:

Onsite: 100% Sweden (50% Stockholm, 50% Boden)
Duration: 5 man days per week
