As the founder and CEO of Venock Inc., I spearheaded the development of a first-of-its-kind vascular closure device for large bore venous access sites. Over seven years, I led all aspects of the company’s operations, from securing €2 million in funding to managing preclinical trials, IP development, and regulatory planning. My leadership combined hands-on technical work with strategic business planning, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory requirements.

Before Venock, I held senior roles at companies like Thoratec Corporation and Coramaze Technologies, where I managed cross-functional teams and drove the design, testing, and commercialization of innovative medical devices.
