I do electric motor design, analysis, development & testing (0.75 kw to 90 kw) across automotive, industrial automation and renewable energy sector. My experience in design and testing (with STM Nucleo Board and RoboteQ Controller) of small BLDC motors and PMDC motors (30 w to 120 w) for automotive and home appliances with ferrite and bonded magnet covers the entire gamut of motor development expertise from fractional hp up to 100 hp electric motor. My passion for electric motor design helped me to explore into power electronics technology which makes me conversant in optimized and technologically appropriate motors, power converter design, implementation of closed-loop control with FPGA (Altera make, cyclone-II) platform for rapid prototyping and load testing of motor.
