Designed complex educational programs “Business and Premier Leagues” in HRBP School (my project).
Outcomes: 2000+ graduates, 50+ events in Employer Brand, Employee Engagement, Recruiting and Employee Adaptations, Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Change Management for HR, Project Management, HR Transformation, Digital HR. 70% of the graduates boosted their careers.

Designed and organized Hackathons for students and Hiring Tournament for experienced candidates (sales & engineers) for outsourcing & product IT companies.

Designed from scratch and implemented Employer Brand Projects:
- conducted EB Audit (stakeholders matrix determination, internal Employee Engagement survey, external focus groups, and in-depth candidates’ interview, identified EB barriers and drivers, Brand Awareness and Perception);
-analyzed the Candidates and Employee Journey. Found bottleneck in the Employee Recruiting & Engagement Funnel;
-designed Employee Value Proposition & developed the marketing strategy, aimed at attracting potential candidates. Focused on Reasons to believe in the EB, Brand Character, the bottleneck & key opportunity;
-created memorable experiences associated with EB. Trained Brand Ambassadors from the company talent pool for successful project implementation. Rolled out all internal and external EB activities engaging Brand Ambassadors. Conducted students’ hackathons on Design Thinking. Redesigned hiring and adaptation processes for millennials. Implemented emotional triggers for experienced talents.

Developed and implemented value projects for clients. Focused on engagement ee’s into a deeper understanding of the company values by creating stories about these values. Stories and characters created by employees were used for storytelling at different external and internal events.

Developed IT Excellence Academy.
Implemented Design Critics Feedback Project, and Safety Culture for Change Management Project.
