Working as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master where I worked closely with product owners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to prioritize backlog items and refine requirements based on changing business needs. I implemented agile best practices and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, to optimize project delivery and maximize value. This has helped the team streamline and work effectively towards the fast-approaching deadlines. I was responsible for empowering the team to self-organize and collaborate effectively in delivering high-quality software increments within sprint timelines. I was also responsible for training the team, product owner, and stakeholders. I fostered a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops, learning retrospectives, and knowledge-sharing sessions. I always ensures transparency and visibility into project progress by maintaining accurate sprint burndown charts, velocity metrics, and release plans.

I was working as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master where three scrum teams were accompanied. I was responsible for training the team, product owner, and stakeholders. Organize and facilitate team with autonomy and accountability through key agile / scrum ceremonies - sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint retrospective, and optimizing backlogs. I was managing the team's adherence to Agile software development best practices with reduced defects. I mentored the agile team to increase its throughput considerably using swarming and other collaborative approaches. I was Coordinating and collaborating with other product teams related to project dependencies and relationships (CI and SoS). I regularly used to communicate with the client and stakeholders to keep track of forecasted/probable risks and issues and proactively react before the situation arose. I was appreciated by the management and customers for my way of implementing ideas and for showcasing the high rate of deliverable predictability with reduced stress levels and increased team spirit.
He was also responsible within the organization for conducting training for the teams towards agility and coaching the other Scrum Masters on effective facilitation and POs on effective writing of user stories and managing backlogs.
Apart from the Scrum Master role, I was also responsible for End-to-End invoicing, resource assignation, budget tracking, and management of the project.

I worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master where I had continuous interactions with clients to understand business and production needs. I started as an integrator with a cross-functional team including an audio signal processing team, lighting, and testing teams. Since the requirements were not so clear from the beginning and the scope kept on changing based on the customer’s requirement, it made to migrate from the waterfall way of execution to transform and implement the scrum framework in the team.
Main task was to train/coach the team on agile methodology and develop the mindset to work with transparency, inspection, and adaption principles. I facilitated between the product owner(customer) and scrum teams and had a development team that was also cross-company and ensured development teams practiced core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. I had enforced the implementation of Jira in the team which reduced time to create and manage tickets and to prepare and share metrics. I used the transformative power of metrics data to drive Agile excellence. I used to conduct business requirement analysis with clients and stakeholders to focus and define scope during refinement and help the product owner in prioritizing and refining the backlogs. I was working with stakeholders and the organization to define adoption metrics and provide visibility to track metrics from plan to goal.

I was supporting the scrum team as a Scrum Master, I was involved in interacting with customers (PO) to understand their requirements, listing out backlog items, and helping PO in refining them to user stories to make it clear and understandable for the scrum team to choose for sprints. I was working to deliver the analysis that could leverage the data and information needed to generate increased business value. Ensuring work efficiency by eliminating impediments, planning, and moderating Scrum ceremonies, and supporting product backlog management were among my day-to-day tasks, as well as creating reports and dashboards explaining the project's metric insights to present the team's performance to the management team.
I was also part of the development team in migrating the data working on extracting the data from the source, transforming, and loading them to the target server, and responsible for the audit of the data by validating its completeness and correctness.
