 Review project SOW and all specified project documents to ensure a clear understanding of work scope.
 Ensure projects are appropriately staffed for meeting project requirements.
 Identify and analyze any potential project risks and develops effective risk mitigation plans to eliminate or minimize the risk.

 Arrange proper training that team member has need for and determine the duties and responsibilities of individuals.
