Leadership and simultaneous management of 2 Phase II randomised multicentre global oncology studies (210 and 240 patients/ ovarian and head and neck cancer) and set-up of a Phase Ib MoAbs combination study (5 EU sites).
 Drove CRO contracts and budget negotiations from bid defence to execution within a few weeks
 Oversight of CRO activities from start-up to close-out
 Management of internal resources (CTAs, DSM, DM,MW), direct reporting to Head of Clinical Operations
 Developed communication strategies for the internal and external project teams
 Assisted in the implementation of SOPs for clinical practice
