This project consists of redesign the existing diagnostic management application for gas installations in private homes. The application manages the diagnostic workflow starting with sending diagnostic proposals, managing appointments to perform diagnostics, managing diagnostics and potential anomalies detected in gas installation.

o Design of the new dataModel and data migration.
o Design of the new application architecture and components.
o Design and development of API's for the web part and the mobile application (Mobile part)
o Development of the diagnostic file workflow.
o Development of appointment workflow
o Code review
o Coaching of developers
o Animation of Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
o Coaching of the PO during the creation of user stories on Jira.
o Management of communication with the various stakeholders, in particular driving, end users, etc.
o CI/CD automation project using the ADA project.
o Implementation of the 2022A standard for Gas diagnosis in private homes.

This project consists on management of activities reports of security agents GPSR. The creation of web application and Mobile application which the agent use to enter their activities.

o Design of the application architecture (Web/Mobile)
o Design and implementation of a REST API for the communication with other application YPOLICE(-Hyperlink entfernt-) to get all information’s related to composition of the security Team, role of each agent, the mission information’s, mobile TETRA
o Design and implementation of Batch part to import Data from CESCO application using Spring Batch.
o Develop Webservices for the mobile application using REST.
o Design and implementation of the Web front Application using Vue.js
o Monitor the Quality using SonarQube
• Ensure the correct use of scrum processes & methodology
• Remove the impediments for the scrum team
• Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings
• Animation of sprint planning, review and retro.
• Help the product owners to keep the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
• Help the team or individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them
o Use of Jira (Epic,User Story….)
