Manufacturing Manager (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
• Is responsible for the daily operations of Upstream processes in manufacturing suites, including schedule, shift rotations
• Lead and develop Manufacturing Team in order to run areas robustly and efficiently, ensuring appropriate succession planning
• Works closely with the PMO, Engineering, Quality and Business Technology to support the design, procurement and commissioning of production equipment and automation systems in accordance with process requirements and compliance
• Ensures implementation of and adherence to current GMP rules, quality policies, procedures and instructions for their area of responsibility
• Ensures contribution of his/her organizational unit to EHSS initiatives and issues as well as near miss reporting and follow-up

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Food Science or any other relevant field
• Several years successful experience in pharmaceuticals operations in a GMP relevant environment
• Experience in biotech or pharma processes, either in sterile processes, USP, DSP, solution preparation, single use, CIP/SIP processes
• Profound English and German knowledge
