Ihre Aufgaben:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge content strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates and identify content opportunities.
• Generate clear, concise, and compelling business-related content for various digital internal channels
• Create diverse (article, videos, podcast, and editorials) contents with stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging content such as articles and videos
• Plan, produce, and edit radio and video podcast episodes on relevant eCommerce business topics and release one episode per 4 weeks
• Deliver new way of podcast such as video podcast or AI podcast
• Conduct interviews with internal subject-matter-experts
• Create engaging and new level of corporate newsletters, biweekly MXA and 4 weekly VG newsletters
• Curate content that highlights company achievements and employee spotlights
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content using relevant metrics in Power BI Dashboard
• Generate a report with data-driven recommendations for optimizing content effectiveness

Ihre Qualifikationen:
• Proven content creation experience
• Excellent English writing and verbal skill
• Content Editing including Copywriting and Creative writing
• Internal communications (Writing/video/editorial)
• Internal Corporate newsletters
• Hosting experience with Podcasts and editing the content
• Visual tools such as Photoshop
• Experience with Confluence
• Content data analysis
• IT (Microsoft applications) friendly
