Role and Responsibilities:
- Integrated Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, SEO, SEA, and social media to achieve overarching business goals.
- Email Marketing:
Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase email campaign performance.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online visibility.
- SEA (Search Engine Advertising):
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve target key performance indicators.
- Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across relevant platforms.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Implement CRO techniques across all channels to improve overall conversion rates and user experience.
- Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly analyze and report on the performance of email, SEO, SEA, and social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Funnel Optimization:
Analyze and optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and overall customer acquisition.
- Customer Journey Mapping:
Create and optimize customer journey maps, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from awareness to conversion.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing email marketing, SEO, SEA, and social media campaigns.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools for email campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) for tracking website performance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape and stay updated on industry trends.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
