To do: We need to migrate the whole IT environment to Azure and OT VPP application NEMOCS scada systems to on prem Data Center in Frankfurt.
Phase 1:
- Requirement analysis and documentation
- Elaboration and due diligence the current mode of operation 'as is' with the recommendations on future mode of operation scenarios for Data Center moves.
Phase 2:
- Will be the Data Center implementation move preferred to Frankfurt Data center.
Phase 3:
- Will be run/maintain services. Our customer needs to be out of the current Data center until the end of this year (best) or February 2025 (second best).
