CRM Marketing Manager - up to 12 Months - Remote

Job: CRM Marketing Manager

Client Location: Berlin, Germany

Working structure: Remote (with 1 day per month onsite)

Contract Length: up to 12 months.


Role:

* Transform customer research and analytics findings into meaningful recommendations and outcomes.
* Sketch out possibilities for enhancing direct communication.
* Coordinate CRM activities, encompassing the design, construction, and implementation of CRM campaigns.
* Specify direct communication strategy for targeted segments within our local CRM: C2C, B2C, or B2B.
* Assess, track, and report the progress of channels using key metrics.


Skills/Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in ecommerce.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe campaign or similar
* Project Management skills
* Stakeholder management skills
* Excellent knowledge of email marketing
* Fluent English, German is a bonus.
