?? Hey nice to see you! I'm F. - your go to specialist for customer loyalty strategy and programs. I am passionate about e-commerce, creating exciting customer experiences, consumer behaviour (especially Gen Z)and innovation.

? Born and raised in beautiful Munich, I travelled the world as digital nomad when I began my journey as entrepreneur. Now we are back in Munich where we can fully enjoy the beautiful city, the mountains and the strong community.

After over 10 years as a consultant I've worked with more than a hundred international clients, engaging with C-levels from large corporates, startup founders, governments, universities, and SMEs. Always focused on leveraging customer value through business model innovation, digitization, or new ERP/CRM systems.

? In 2021 I founded minth together with my Co-Founders to leverage the knowledge I gained over the years and focus on helping e-commerce scale ups to achieve profitable growth through a higher CLV.
Therefore we worked in various international projects, delivering innovative customer loyalty programs and campaigns, leading engaging workshops and coaching leaders to master the art of winning loyal customers.
